Lockhart Strata Management currently comprises Aidan Gorjy, the sole director and shareholder. Given the current growth of the strata management portfolio, it is expected that the team will expand. Clients can rest assured that the director is intimately involved in every step of the process, providing the highest level of service.
Aidan Gorjy
Aidan Gorjy started his career in property in 2009 and has over a decade of experience. While at university studying for a Bachelor of Commerce (Property), he began working in property development. Over the next decade, Aidan was deeply involved in the creation and design of strata schemes, gaining in-depth knowledge and understanding of buildings, construction, design, and planning. This extensive background put him in a strong position to assist owners with the ongoing management of their buildings.
Seeking more client-facing experience, Aidan joined a real estate agency in Applecross. There, he helped manage and grow their strata portfolio by over 300%, ultimately becoming a director and shareholder in the strata management entity. He then established Lockhart Strata Management to pursue his dream of being the sole owner of a strata management business that delivers exceptional service to its clients and assists them in managing their schemes.
Outside of work, Aidan enjoys spending time with loved ones, beekeeping, and tinkering with cars.
