Lockhart Strata Management’s name was inspired by Lockhart Street in Como, where the director was living when the idea was born to own and operate a strata management company. The vision was to provide the highest level of service to clients—transparent, honest, and reliable, which ultimately adds value to their units. Maintaining proper accounting records, offering sound guidance to the strata council, and ensuring compliance with the Act is crucial for preserving the value of units and fostering a sense of community among owners.
Incorporated - July 2023
Lockhart Strata Management Pty Ltd was incorporated in July 2023 and officially opened for business in September 2023. The support has been overwhelming, and it has been an honour and privilege to deliver a high level of service to clients who have entrusted Lockhart as their strata manager.
