Professional Accounting

Budget and Meeting Preparation

Lockhart will assist the strata council with the preparation of the proposed budget, levy schedules, AGM notices, and issuing the subsequent minutes of each meeting. Lockhart can also chair the AGMs (if required) and provide suggestions or recommendations to the strata council or owners, which would ultimately be decided on by the owners in the meeting.

Owner Portal

The Owners Portal is fundamental for ensuring transparency, harmony, and confidence among owners and other interested parties. It allows access to invoices, important documents, and real-time updates on the financial position. Owners and committee members can also use the portal to lodge work requests and track the progress of various jobs.
